Refund policy

At Azra Silk Fabrics, we take pride in offering high-quality sarees that reflect elegance and craftsmanship. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The request is raised within 2 days of delivery.
  • The saree is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • All original tags, packaging, and invoices are intact.
  • The product is not part of final sale, clearance, or customized orders.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Customized or made-to-order sarees (e.g., blouse stitching done or dyeable saree)
  • Items purchased during special sales or clearance events
  • Gift cards or promotional items

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at azrasilkfabrics@gmail.com with your order details.
  2. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.
  3. Securely pack the product and ship it to the provided address.

Note: Return shipping charges may be borne by the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect saree:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos as proof.
  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

5. Refund Policy

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed for size, color, or design (subject to availability).
  • If the requested item is unavailable, you may opt for a refund or store credit.

7. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order.
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled.
